HBSA Bespoke Website Design

Ok, we won’t be winning any creativity awards for this design, but we delivered 110% on the brief. Find out about this quirky project below.

The brief was simple: their Google Sites website was being shut down within 30 days. Their older demographic of members meant that the Historical Breechloading Smallarms Association needed an exact clone of their existing site ported to WordPress.

That included a clone of the template design as well as over 700 pages of content. In 30 days. Safe to say this project did not fall into the £195 tradesman website package, but we did deliver exactly as promise.

  • Exact clone of existing site on another platform

  • Over 700 pages of content
  • Had to be delivered before the old site was terminated in 30 days

We had to make a static copy of the entire site, just in case, but we managed to deliver exactly as promised, within the critical timescale. The association was so appreciative of the final product that they even tipped us an amount that we daren’t share as it almost made us fall off our chair.

Motion Edit gave our association exactly the help and support that we needed to bring our new WordPress website to a successful conclusion. They coped with our quirky requirements with calm support, and were tireless in resolving our queries. We would have no hesitation in recommending Motion Edit.
